Who we are
Eclipse Studio (geteclipse.quest) is a service where an AI persona runs conversations on behalf of a content creator's Telegram account. This policy explains what data we receive, why, and how we handle it.
What we receive
- About you as a client: Telegram ID, name, @username and profile photo — shared by Telegram when you sign in through our bot.
- Payments: amount, date, status and method. We never store card numbers or wallet keys — the payment provider handles them.
- Your studio: personas, their profiles and media, settings, conversations on connected accounts and notes about the people you talk to — what the AI needs to run the chats.
- Technical: sign-in cookies, IP address and request times in security logs.
Why
To run the service: AI replies, sparks and payments accounting, sign-in, support and abuse protection. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
Who receives it
Only those the service can't work without: Telegram (message delivery), AI model and voice providers (the text used to generate a reply), payment providers (Plisio, Telegram Stars, plus Fanvue and Tribute if you connect them), Cloudflare (site protection and delivery) and the hosting provider that runs our server.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. Photos sent by the people you talk to are deleted after 30 days. Detailed usage logs are rolled up into totals after 180 days. Backups are kept up to 14 days and are encrypted. After a deletion request we erase data within 30 days.
Security
Keys and tokens are encrypted in the database, each client's data is stored separately, sign-in goes through Telegram, admin access is closed, and backups are encrypted.
Cookies
We only use cookies required to sign in. No advertising or third-party trackers; site visit statistics are our own and anonymous.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it or delete it — message our bot @eclipseservise_bot. Deletion closes access to the studio.
Data of the people you talk to
Conversations on your accounts belong to you: you decide which accounts to connect and are responsible for complying with Telegram's rules and the laws of your country. We process this data only to run your studio.
Age
The service is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect data of anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The last update date is at the top; we'll tell you about significant changes in the bot.
