Terms of Service

What this is

Eclipse Studio is an AI persona studio: it runs conversations on your Telegram accounts via Telegram Business, sells your content and learns from the results. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

Adults (18+) only, who create content themselves or work with creators under an agreement with them.

Your content

Upload only what you have the rights to: everyone in the material is an adult and has consented. Prohibited: any material involving minors, content without the depicted people's consent, violence, someone else's content, deceiving buyers. Violations lead to a ban without refund.

Account and team

You sign in to the studio through our Telegram bot. You're responsible for access to your Telegram and for the actions of staff you give access to.

Payment and sparks

Studio access is a one-time payment. Sparks are an internal unit that pays for the AI's work: spent on her messages and, very slightly, on text generation and media analysis. Sparks are not money and cannot be withdrawn. If we failed to provide the service through our fault — message the bot and we'll make it right, including a refund.

Platform rules

You're responsible for following Telegram's rules, payment providers' rules and the laws of your country when talking to people and selling content.

No income guarantee

The service is provided "as is". The AI can make mistakes; income depends on your content, audience and settings — we don't guarantee it. Our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months.

Suspension

We may suspend or close access for violating these terms, security threats or legal requirements. Without sparks the AI pauses — history and settings are kept.
